Responsibilities

• Make outbound fundraising calls on an automated dialer
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
• Use scripts to provide information about candidates or causes
• Record the donor's personal information accurately in a computer system
• Correctly code calls

Requirements

• 1 year of relevant experience in fundraising or similar calling roles
• Ability to work with scripts and follow guidelines
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Political knowledge or inclination

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with inbound/outbound calls
• Experience with polling, survey, or membership calls
• Ability to handle complaints and aggressive callers
