Responsibilities

  • Enter and update client information within our database accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain electronic and paper records of client data
  • Scan and upload documents into our database
  • Communicate with other team members to ensure accuracy and consistency of data entry

  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in data entry is preferred
  • Proficient in typing and computer skills
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and work from home setup
