Responsibilities

• Support the Women's Wholesale team in driving seasonal sales goals by accounts to achieve financial targets
• Generate ATS reports, shipping reports, and collection updates
• Coordinate all samples for e-commerce and advertising shoots
• Assist with market preparation and help in the showroom during market
• Enter and process orders for wholesale customers after completion of market appointments
• File sales orders on a weekly basis
• Pull weekly sales reports by account
• Maintain the closet in the showroom
• Update and maintain the press book for the showroom
• Prepare look books to send to buyers
• Research and stay abreast of industry trends
• Act as a liaison between sales and cross-functional teams
