About the position

The Wholesale Digital Marketing Manager at Trulieve plays a crucial role in supporting the Wholesale department by managing and optimizing digital marketing assets. This position focuses on ensuring that marketing technologies are effectively integrated and maintained, overseeing paid media campaigns, and enhancing the brand's online presence to meet marketing objectives. The role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the organization, maintenance, and optimization of digital marketing assets for customers, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Plan, execute, and manage nationwide paid media activations alongside the Wholesale Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Regularly update and maintain the brand websites to ensure content is relevant and engaging.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for integrating and optimizing marketing technologies, ensuring seamless collaboration between platforms and tools.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with Wholesale designer and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize the impact of marketing efforts across all channels.
  • Partner with field marketing teams to enhance and co-manage social media accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-4 years minimum experience in digital marketing
  • Experience managing paid media
  • Technology and social media savvy
  • Self-motivated with the ability to achieve objectives with little to no supervision
  • Strong belief in relationship building and teamwork to achieve goals/results
  • Organized, responsible, and flexible in a fast-paced growth environment

  • Experience in the cannabis industry
