About the position

Flap Happy is seeking an experienced customer service and sales representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional service to both wholesale and direct-to-consumer (DTC) customers, processing orders, and managing various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and a passion for working in a vibrant, kid-focused apparel brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide wholesale and DTC customer service and sales support.
• Process orders including order entry, allocations, pick tickets, invoicing, and shipping.
• Manage e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Faire, and Amazon Seller and Vendor sites.
• Utilize various drop-ship e-commerce platforms for order fulfillment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in wholesale/eCommerce in the fashion, swim, surf, or gift industry.
• Experience with apparel ERP systems such as Apparel Magic or Aims.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Shopify for setting up, updating, and processing orders.
• Proficiency with ShipStation.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Amazon Seller and/or Amazon Vendor platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for e-commerce websites.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with email marketing tools like Klaviyo.
• Social media management experience.
