In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling parts and accessories to a diverse clientele, which includes both business and individual customers. You will identify and target new business opportunities within the local market, ensuring that you are always on the lookout for ways to expand the customer base. Excellent customer service is paramount, and you will be expected to address any issues or concerns that arise promptly and effectively. Staying up to date with product knowledge and market trends is essential to provide informed recommendations to customers. Additionally, you will plan, organize, and hold special events aimed at enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction. Assisting customers with Ford-specific training and providing access to Ford diagnostic support will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and support.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • 5-6 years of experience in a Parts/Service Department
