About the position

The Wholesale Parts Call Center Sales Representative at New Holland Auto Group is responsible for managing sales and customer service in the wholesale auto parts sector. This role emphasizes building relationships with wholesale clients, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and be the point of contact for new and existing wholesale clients.
• Keep the Parts Manager informed on the status of all accounts.
• Take customer orders and clarify requests, identifying automotive parts and offering alternative solutions.
• Work with wholesale account representatives to ensure inventory availability.
• Achieve company sales goals and objectives.
• Review and identify customer inquiry key trends and client challenges, presenting recommendations to improve customer experience.
• Provide high-quality service to all clients.
• Develop relationships with external customers to strengthen and expand the customer base for sales opportunities.
• Increase sales of products based on tracking new leads and comparison to previous year's sales.
• Complete sales by entering purchased items into the sales/inventory system, obtaining payment, adding purchases to credit accounts, and issuing sales receipts.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading about new products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-year Automotive OEM Parts Experience Required.
• Able to work well with others and learn new tasks.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Math, Reading and Basic Computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
