About the position

The Wholesale Product Manager is responsible for managing the strategic and tactical aspects of the assigned product portfolio within Treasury Solutions. This role involves overseeing the product lifecycle processes, including ideation, strategy, development, marketing, and ongoing monitoring to meet the needs of targeted commercial markets and align with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, promote, manage and coordinate activities for assigned product portfolio.
  • Document and socialize concepts for new products and/or line extensions to meet market needs.
  • Support development of new products and/or line extensions as required.
  • Manage product line direction through ongoing assessment of current products and market opportunities.
  • Lead the development, execution, and maintenance of product profit and loss and business plans.
  • Develop and present monthly, quarterly, and annual product line update reports.
  • Initiate and encourage continuous process improvement.
  • Establish and manage pricing strategies and discount structures for sales channels.
  • Lead the development of volume forecasts based on market data and business plans.
  • Support sales through joint sales calls and trade show participation.
  • Maintain awareness of competition and market forces affecting the product line.
  • Act as a mentor and/or team lead to junior product managers and associates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant financial services or consulting experience.
  • Strong product management, design, and development skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Treasury Solutions applications and products.
  • Strong leadership, management, and marketing skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of payments systems and practices.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Business Administration.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
  • Accredited Automated Clearing House (ACH) Professional (AAP) certifications.
  • Creative problem solver with marketing and research skills.
  • Ability to create strong strategic plans and business cases.
