Responsibilities

• Sell distressed properties from private off-market inventory.
• Identify off-market properties for purchase.
• Participate in a comprehensive training program with a designated mentor for the first 5 weeks.
• Engage in quick transactions that generally close within 30 days.
• Work independently as a contractor, managing your own schedule and earnings.

Requirements

• Active Real Estate License in Florida or willingness to obtain one.
• 3 years of sales experience.
• High-performance mindset and ambition.
• Strong work ethic and accountability for results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
