About the position

The Sales Operation Coordinator at EssilorLuxottica plays a crucial role in managing the Order to Delivery process, ensuring effective assortment and order management while supporting the Account Manager in achieving sales performance. This position involves extensive communication with both clients and internal teams, facilitating a seamless order process and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Account Manager in achieving annual invoiced sales performances.
  • Facilitates and supports the entire order process from order creation to invoicing.
  • Ensures best service level from receipt of orders for processing, allocation, and troubleshooting after deliveries.
  • Tracks and maximizes Order to Delivery key performance indicators and establishes dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Ensures timely entry of all orders received through Luxottica devices for quick delivery.
  • Monitors the status of the orders portfolio to meet customer fill-rate and shipping requirements.
  • Acts as a liaison with the Credit/Pricing department to address credit-related customer issues.
  • Manages NPI activities as a bridge between Sales, Product/Marketing, and Supply Chain.
  • Tracks past and future orders, updating Account Managers, Customers, and Business Planners.
  • Participates in customer meetings, assisting in presentations and placing NPI orders.
  • Conducts analysis of key performance indicators related to the order portfolio.
