About the position

The Wildlife Technician position at Catch-It Wildlife & Pest Control, Inc. involves working in the field to manage wildlife and pest control services. Technicians will be responsible for inspecting structures for infestations, trapping animals, and repairing any damage caused by wildlife. The position demands physical stamina, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently while providing professional service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Inspect structures for signs of wildlife infestations.
• Learn and apply correct trapping procedures for various animals.
• Repair damage caused by wildlife in residential and commercial properties.
• Manage daily schedules and respond to customer calls after training.
• Work outdoors in various environmental conditions and confined spaces.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driving record.
• Show a stable work history.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable working with insects and various animals.
• Possess the physical ability to setup and use 32 foot+ extension ladders.
• Read and understand product labels.
• Complete initial technical training and State Licensing requirements.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test, motor vehicle, and criminal background check.
