About the position

The HR Talent Acquisition Specialist at Olin is responsible for managing the full talent acquisition cycle, which includes sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and offering candidates for key roles. This position focuses on improving applicant flow and enhancing diversity outreach efforts, while collaborating closely with the Corporate Talent Acquisition and Compliance team to support Winchester locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to source and fill key roles with top talent.
• Oversee the entire recruiting lifecycle with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience.
• Build qualified and diverse candidate pipelines with a focus on long-term engagement.
• Ensure the applicant tracking system and job files are maintained correctly and in a timely manner.
• Responsible for Affirmative Action data roll-up for external hires and internal competitive moves for assigned areas.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team for on-campus recruiting efforts and manage assigned area intern/co-op processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Organizational Development/Management, Employment Law, or a Business-related discipline.
• 3+ years of related human resources generalist or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment is strongly preferred.
• Work experience with an OFCCP regulated employer and/or in-depth knowledge of OFCCP regulations is strongly preferred.
• Excellent client relationship skills and ability to forge strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Ability to handle competing priorities and multi-task efficiently.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time and possess a valid US driver's license.
