About the position

The Service Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional repair, maintenance, and installation services for windows and doors. Responsibilities

• Represent and instill the company's core values
• Perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for various types of windows and doors, including vinyl, wood, aluminum, and fiberglass
• Assist the installation team when needed, ensuring accurate and efficient installation of new windows and doors
• Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers, using problem-solving skills to identify root causes
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their questions and concerns
• Perform thorough quality checks on completed repairs and installations to ensure they meet company standards
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, parts used, and time spent on each job
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, product developments, and best practices in window and door installation and repair
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing all tasks
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, including sales teams, project managers, and fellow technicians.
