About The Position
Sparkle Squad is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Window Cleaning Technicians. Our company, which has rapidly grown since its inception in April 2012, is one of the largest window cleaning businesses in North America. We pride ourselves on being the Cleaner, Safer, Better window cleaning company, and we are looking for candidates who share our passion for providing exceptional service. As a Window Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for completing window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and house washing jobs while delivering outstanding customer service. This role offers a consistent schedule from 8 am to 4 pm, with the potential for overtime, allowing you to enjoy a work-life balance while earning a competitive wage starting at $19 per hour plus tips. In this position, you will work outdoors in a team environment, where you will have the opportunity to develop your interpersonal communication skills and build positive relationships with customers.
