This opportunity is ideal for those who are looking for consistent work year-round, with the option to work a 7-day week. Our installation crews are known for their competitive pay scales, with the average crew earning approximately $390,000 annually by completing around 500 jobs per year. Top-performing crews can earn up to $775,000 a year by running more than 800 jobs annually. We ensure that our installation crews are compensated every Friday morning, providing financial stability and predictability. We take pride in our project management staff, who custom-measure materials for each project, ensuring that everything is ready for pick-up at our one-stop shop for installations. Additionally, we provide dumpsters for the disposal of old windows at no charge, making the process easier for our crews. Each installation crew will receive support from a dedicated Thompson Creek Project Manager to address any issues that may arise on the job site, ensuring a smooth and efficient installation process. We are looking for partners who have at least one year of experience in the installation of residential replacement windows, own at least one truck and the necessary tools, including an aluminum brake, and possess the proper insurance and licensing.
