About the position
Innuwindow, recognized as the Best of Boston Home Window Treatment store for 2022, is seeking an experienced Window Treatment Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing various window treatments, including drapery, top treatments, blinds, and shades. We value candidates who possess hands-on experience in carpentry or theater and set building, as we are willing to provide training to those who show potential in these areas. A clean driving record is essential, and while a company vehicle may be available, having access to a truck or van is considered a significant advantage. Most of the work will be conducted in the Boston and Metro West areas, and we are flexible in our hiring approach, offering part-time, full-time, contract, or internship opportunities based on the candidate's needs and availability. Our compensation package is competitive, with salaries ranging from $40,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Responsibilities
- Install drapery, top treatments, blinds, and shades in residential and commercial settings.

Requirements
- Experience in installing window treatments such as drapery, blinds, and shades.
