About the position

The Windows Admin position involves managing and supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, ensuring the security and operational efficiency of IT infrastructure. The role requires a strong understanding of technology utilization in business processes, particularly within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with various software tools and systems, and will be responsible for user account management, troubleshooting, and maintaining system performance.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and quantify IT risk factors for EHR application security and related infrastructure.
  • Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
  • Diagnose and recover from hardware or software failures.
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools.
  • Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.
  • Provide Tier III/other support per request from various constituencies.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
  • Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
  • Upgrade and configure system software that supports GIS infrastructure applications or Asset Management applications per project or operational needs.
  • Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
  • Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge and experience with Keystone Edge, Microsoft OS, MS Office, DocuSign, Asset Panda, VITA Remote tools, DEXIS, Adobe, Teams/SharePoint, VPN (5 years required).
  • Create, change, and delete user accounts per request (5 years required).
  • Diagnose and recover from hardware or software failures (5 years required).
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools (5 years required).
  • Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures (5 years required).
  • Experience in a recognized Electronic Health Record System (EHR) highly desired.
