About the position

The Outside Salesperson at Clear Innovations is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients in the window and door industry. This role involves generating leads, preparing quotes, and utilizing analytical skills to meet customer needs while working in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop & maintain relationships with new & existing clients.
  • Generate & follow up on leads, focusing on repeat business with contractors, home builders, and architects.
  • Prepare and present quotes using industry-specific programs.
  • Utilize analytical skills to solve problems and address customer needs.
  • Maintain detailed records and manage sales activities efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Quickbooks, Excel, Adobe, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to read, scale, and interpret plans and blueprints.
  • Strong cold-calling skills and experience.
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with window and door quoting programs.
  • Prior experience in construction or construction sales.
