About the position

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a skilled Windows Systems Administrator to join our team in Linthicum Heights, MD. This role is crucial for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of real-time and high-performance Windows systems. The administrator will manage MS Active Directory, implement patching regimens, perform account management, create disaster recovery solutions, and collaborate with technical engineering teams to address system anomalies, ensuring system compliance and supporting audits and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and creation of real-time and high-performance Windows systems.
• Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of Windows systems.
• Maintain MS Active Directory implementation across established domain boundaries.
• Establish and maintain a patching regimen across all systems.
• Perform account management and create disaster recovery solutions.
• Collaborate with technical engineering teams to identify, resolve, and mitigate system anomalies.
• Develop technical products and reports visible to various groups and levels of leadership.
• Support regular audits and assessments, and demonstrate system compliance and risk mitigation to assessors.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Security+ certification.
• Must have 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows systems including Active Directory.
