Responsibilities

  • Foster and nurture relationships with accounts within a designated geographical territory.
  • Execute company objectives with precision and enthusiasm to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Maintain and update account information systematically to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Honor all customer commitments to build trust and loyalty.
  • Strategically sell and manage product inventory to prevent out-of-stock situations.
  • Stay informed about competitive activities in each account and provide insights for strategic decisions.
  • Learn and utilize the Encompass computer system for operational tasks.
  • Adhere to PFP guidelines and incentives to optimize performance.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers to meet merchandising expectations.
  • Participate in all company meetings to stay informed about updates.
  • Follow all State of Georgia Alcohol Laws and Regulations.
  • Maintain the company vehicle and report any issues promptly.
  • Report all accidents to the fleet manager and HR immediately.
  • Care for company tools and equipment, including tablets and phones.
  • Submit all orders and complete end-of-day processes before 6:00 pm.
  • Adhere to company rules and procedures to foster a culture of discipline and excellence.
  • Embrace flexibility by undertaking additional duties as assigned.
