About the position
Blue Fox Cellars is seeking a friendly and energetic Tasting Room Associate who is passionate about wine and enjoys engaging with customers. As a small family-run winery located in the beautiful Carmel Valley, CA, we pride ourselves on producing the highest quality wines and providing exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will be welcomed into the Blue Fox Cellars family, where we have a strong track record of associates staying with us for many years. This position is rare and has opened up due to our expansion, reflecting our commitment to living the Central Coast way of life through gracious hospitality and exceptional culinary and wine experiences. The Tasting Room Associate will be the face of our business, responsible for creating a positive experience for every guest. This role requires a bubbly, outgoing, and customer service-oriented personality, as you will be engaging with guests and ensuring they feel welcome. You will need to quickly absorb a great deal of information about our products and services, and be able to relate this knowledge to each guest in a relevant manner. Teamwork, a sense of humor, a strong work ethic, and a true enjoyment of both wine and people are vital for success in this position. Candidates must be available to work on weekends and some weekdays, as the role requires flexibility in scheduling. Responsibilities

Requirements
- 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
- Ability to commute to Carmel Valley, CA 93924 (required).
- Willingness to relocate to Carmel Valley, CA 93924 before starting work (required).
