Winter Work Laborer - Dollywood Theme Park - Seasonal

About the position

The Winter Work Laborer at Dollywood Theme Park is responsible for performing a variety of routine and semi-skilled manual tasks related to the maintenance and repair of park facilities and assets. This role emphasizes creating memorable experiences for guests while embodying the company's values of fun, authenticity, and collaboration. The ideal candidate will assist in general repairs, site preparation, and basic painting, contributing to the overall success and hospitality of the park.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, walkways, and other park assets utilizing hand and power tools.
• Occasionally operate company vehicles and construction equipment as trained and qualified.
• Assist with conducting scheduled maintenance and regulatory inspections.
• Perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and transporting materials.
• Clean and dispose of materials on project and construction sites daily in accordance with safety policies and regulations.
• Maintain records of work completed and parts used.
• Perform duties in a safe manner in compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
• Assist others as requested and effectively communicate with team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 6 months of experience with tools, equipment, and materials common to carpentry and maintenance.
• Valid TN Driver's License with current automobile insurance.
