About the position

As a Wireless Area Manager at Premium Retail Services, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of Wireless Sales Pros across multiple retail locations. This full-time position is designed for individuals who are highly motivated and results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales and business targets. You will be responsible for recruiting, leading, and motivating your team to excel in their roles, ensuring that they meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). While prior sales experience in the wireless category is not mandatory, a strong desire to learn and grow in this field is essential. The company provides comprehensive training on wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions, both in-store and online, to equip you with the necessary knowledge to succeed. In this role, you will adopt a player-coach approach, leading by example and actively participating in sales and training activities. Your responsibilities will include fostering professional relationships with in-store management and associates, ensuring that your team maintains high standards of professionalism and work ethic. You will also be tasked with executing recruiting efforts to maintain optimal staffing levels, thereby ensuring that your locations are staffed with top-quality talent. Responsibilities

  • Recruits, leads, coaches, guides, mentors, develops, and manages a team of Wireless Sales Pros.
  • Inspires and motivates the teams to achieve assigned sales and reporting targets; meets or exceeds established KPI's.
  • Demonstrates a player-coach approach to work, leading by example with sales & training for top-performance in your market.
  • Leads and executes recruiting efforts to maintain required staffing levels of top-quality talent in all assigned locations.
  • Fosters professional and productive relationships with in-store management and associates.
  • Represents the model of professionalism, work ethic, and determination of Premium and the client.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Wireless or related experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, required.
  • Proven track record in multi-tasking, demand management, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.
