About the position
The Retail Associate Manager (RAM) at Wireless Vision is responsible for driving sales results, motivating the team, and enhancing customer experience in a retail environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Retail Store Manager (RSM) and focuses on managing store operations, coaching team members, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The RAM position is a developmental role aimed at preparing individuals for future advancement to Retail Store Manager (RSM).
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the retail store in the absence of the RSM, overseeing sales, operations, and people processes.
- Partner with the RSM to recruit top talent and coach existing team members to build a high-performing team.
- Guide the sales team on best practices to achieve monthly goals through coaching and inspiration.
- Participate in planning and executing store meetings to prepare for launches and keep team members informed on company changes.
- Work with the RSM to execute local store marketing initiatives to attract new business.
- Manage back-end processes and customer-facing initiatives to ensure compliance with T-Mobile and internal company audits.
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards, assisting with planogram resets.
- Handle daily and monthly inventory and cash management, along with other key operational metrics.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of management experience in retail or a customer-focused environment.
- Willingness and ability to relocate within the assigned market.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
