The Wireless Retail Sales Associate role at OSL Retail Services is designed for outgoing individuals who are passionate about technology and customer service. This position offers unlimited earning potential through a base pay of $15/hour plus uncapped commission, allowing top performers to earn over $30/hour. Associates will be responsible for delivering personalized wireless solutions, processing sales, and providing exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver five-star customer service by finding the perfect solutions for every customer.
- Process new activations, upgrades, and sales of wireless devices and accessories.
- Merchandise and handle inventory, including opening and closing the store.
- Strive to hit sales goals while operating as both an individual contributor and team member.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a high-energy, positive attitude.
- Fundamental working knowledge of wireless technology and trends.
- Full-time flexible availability.
- Solid sales or retail experience preferred.
