Responsibilities
- Deliver five-star customer service by finding the perfect solutions for every customer
- Process new activations, upgrades, and sales of wireless devices and accessories
- Merchandise and handle inventory, including opening and closing the store
- Strive to hit sales goals while operating as both an individual contributor and team member
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a high-energy, positive attitude
- Fundamental working knowledge of wireless technology and trends
- Full-time flexible availability
- Solid sales or retail experience preferred
