About the position

The Wireless Retail Sales Associate at Blue Link Wireless is a key player in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions through product demonstrations. Associates will have the opportunity to earn competitive compensation, including base pay and commissions, while contributing to the growth of one of the fastest-growing AT&T Authorized Retailers in the country.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with customers and providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Understanding customers' needs and helping them discover how our products meet those needs.
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations.
• Possessing a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Staying current with the latest data/entertainment technology and devices.
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced team environment.
• Attaining monthly goals and objectives.
• Completing all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures.
• Submitting all transaction journals daily.
• Assisting with inventory maintenance.

Requirements

• 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual preferred but not required in some markets.
• Desire to exceed customer expectations and a love of wireless technology.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as reflected on a published and approved schedule.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Knowledge of wireless technology and products.
