About the position

The Wireless Retail Sales Manager at Your Wireless Inc. is responsible for leading a team of retail sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales of Verizon Wireless products and services. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring team performance, and fostering a positive work environment while achieving sales targets and enhancing customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Create an ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
  • Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
  • Educate customers on all Verizon Products and Services offered.
  • Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
  • Handle all customer situations to completely satisfy customers' needs.
  • Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with assigned tasks.
  • Complete all required training as directed by Your Wireless and Verizon Wireless.
  • Set an example of personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
  • Develop professional skills to take on additional responsibilities for career advancement.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other Wireless business.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
  • Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in outbound activities to drive customers into locations.
  • Ability to travel to various locations as business needs dictate.
