About the position
The Wireless Retail Sales Manager at T-Mobile by Fast Wireless is responsible for leading a team of retail sales associates to achieve sales targets while providing an exceptional customer experience. This role involves managing store operations, conducting sales training, and engaging in marketing activities to attract new customers. The position offers competitive compensation with uncapped commission potential, emphasizing professional growth and development within the company.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 3-5 Retail Sales Associates to achieve sales targets.
- Facilitate ongoing sales training with the District Manager to improve market share and operating margins.
- Manage store operations including cash and inventory management, merchandising, scheduling, and recruiting.
- Direct and participate in outbound marketing activities to attract new customers.
- Deliver against store sales, operating margin, and operational goals monthly.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of successful Wireless Sales Management experience in a retail environment or similar experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong personal organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven success in customer resolution and satisfaction.
- Ability to effectively train and coach employees.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in outbound marketing activities such as calling and networking.
- Familiarity with social media marketing strategies.
