About the position

The AT&T Wireless Retail Sales Associate at Blue Link Wireless is responsible for guiding customers through the selection and purchasing process of wireless products and services. This role involves providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting with device issues. The ideal candidate is energetic, goal-driven, and has a passion for technology, with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with customers and providing prompt and courteous customer service.
• Understanding customers' needs and helping them discover how our products meet those needs.
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations.
• Possessing a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Staying current with the latest data/entertainment technology and devices.
• Multi-tasking in a fast-paced team environment.
• Attaining monthly goals and objectives.
• Completing all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures.
• Submitting all transaction journals daily.
• Assisting with inventory maintenance.

Requirements

• 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred but not required.
• Desire to exceed customer expectations and a love of wireless technology.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as reflected on a published and approved schedule.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual preferred but not required in some markets.
