The associate will be responsible for delivering personalized wireless solutions, processing sales, and providing exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver five-star customer service by finding the perfect solutions for every customer
• Process new activations, upgrades, and sales of wireless devices and accessories
• Merchandise and handle inventory, including opening and closing the store
• Strive to hit sales goals while operating as both an individual contributor and team member

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a high-energy, positive attitude
• Fundamental working knowledge of wireless technology and trends
• Full-time flexible availability
• Solid sales or retail experience preferred
