About the position

The Wireless Sales Associate position at GP Mobile involves working as part of a retail team to promote and sell T-Mobile products and services. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment. Associates will undergo training to develop their skills and prepare for potential advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

• Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions for customers.
• Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Utilize digital tools to enhance customer interactions and onboarding.
• Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience and new skills.
• Establish relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to enhance customer experience.
• Identify and handoff small business leads.
• Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.
