About the position
As a Wireless Sales Consultant at Cricket Wireless, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while selling wireless phones, services, and accessories. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on customer loyalty and community engagement. Responsibilities
- Sell wireless phones, services, and accessories in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to retain and gain customers.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, at various locations.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures.
- Assist in maintaining store appearance.
- Participate in meetings and marketing events inside and outside of the store.
Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year of retail experience in sales or customer service.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in cash handling.
- Wireless knowledge and/or sales experience.
- Proficient computer skills.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Driver's License.
