Wireless Sales Consultant

About the position

The Wireless Sales Consultant at Russell Cellular is a full-time position focused on selling Verizon Wireless cellular services. The role requires a high-energy individual with excellent customer service skills who can effectively communicate and demonstrate technology products. The consultant will be responsible for meeting sales objectives, handling administrative tasks related to sales, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Sell all products and services offered by the Company.
• Meet all sales objectives.
• Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including completing customer contracts and warranties.
• Pull products from inventory and accept customer payments.
• File completed orders.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all Company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.
• Provide critical market feedback to the Store Manager regarding local competition and product/service needs.
• Handle service inquiries from customers.
• Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.
• Customer service skills.
• Basic problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Reliable transportation.

• Experience with product demos.
• Retail math knowledge.
