Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming store environment for customers.
  • Build relationships with guests, team members, and field leadership through active listening and solution-finding.
  • Provide knowledgeable explanations of products and services, translating technical information into relatable terms.
  • Manage customer appointments and conduct thorough account reviews to find the best plans and offers for customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience is necessary.
  • Experience operating a POS system and ensuring accurate transactions is required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is needed.
  • A positive attitude and ability to prioritize customer needs are essential.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in retail sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with wireless technology and products is a plus.
