About the position
The Wireless Sales Expert position involves working with America's leading pre-paid wireless service provider to enhance product sales and customer knowledge at various retail events. This role focuses on selling, training, marketing, and demonstrating client products through engaging in-store activities, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Gains and maintains a sound knowledge of specific client products
- Professionally represents MarketSource and its clients at all times
- Performs in-store product demonstrations at assigned events
- Responds to store customers and in-store sales staff questions regarding client specific products
- Provides superior customer service
- Drives sales productivity and customer satisfaction within national retail locations
- Engages in side-by-side selling with retail associates
- Participates in in-store promotions and coordinates with appropriate personnel
- Participates in wireless sales events
- Establishes and manages critical relationships within national retail stores and with merchandising partners
- Develops and manages positive business relationships with retail store management and employees
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required
- 1-2 years of retail sales, training, marketing, advertising, merchandising or public relations experience
- Availability to work during weekends, weekdays, or nights
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must have reliable Internet Access
- Strong work ethics, personal integrity and character, positive attitude
- Outstanding communications skills
- General technology skills and abilities
