About the position

The Wireless Sales Manager is responsible for leading and motivating a team of Wireless Sales Pros across multiple retail locations to achieve sales targets. This role involves recruiting, coaching, and developing team members while fostering relationships with in-store management. The position offers opportunities for advancement and provides comprehensive training in wireless products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, lead, coach, and manage a team of Wireless Sales Pros.
  • Inspire and motivate teams to achieve assigned sales and reporting targets.
  • Demonstrate a player-coach approach by leading sales and training efforts.
  • Execute recruiting efforts to maintain staffing levels of top-quality talent.
  • Foster professional relationships with in-store management and associates.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Wireless or related experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Proven track record in multi-tasking, demand management, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.
