About the position

The Wireless Sales Manager (Multi-Unit) at Premium Retail Services is responsible for leading and motivating a team of Wireless Sales Pros across 3-4 retail locations. This role focuses on achieving sales and business targets while providing training and support to the sales team. The position offers opportunities for career advancement and comes with a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Recruits, leads, coaches, guides, mentors, develops, and manages a team of Wireless Sales Pros.
  • Inspires and motivates the teams to achieve assigned sales and reporting targets; meets or exceeds established KPI's.
  • Demonstrates a player-coach approach to work, leading by example with sales & training for top-performance in your market.
  • Leads and executes recruiting efforts to maintain required staffing levels of top-quality talent in all assigned locations.
  • Fosters professional and productive relationships with in-store management and associates.
  • Represents the model of professionalism, work ethic, and determination of Premium and the client.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Wireless or related experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, required.
  • Proven track record in multi-tasking, demand management, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.
