About the position

The Wireless Sales Manager at OSL Retail Services is responsible for leading and managing 1-3 Walmart Wireless locations. This role focuses on training, mentoring, and developing a team of Mobile Experts to achieve sales goals while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The manager will actively participate in sales, operational management, and team building to drive profitability and maintain high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Manage 1-3 Walmart Wireless locations and lead a team of Mobile Experts.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve sales goals.
• Ensure operational excellence and maximize profitability at each location.
• Coach the team to foster a collaborative spirit and passion for sales.
• Participate in sales activities alongside the team to drive performance.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to assist the team in delivering solutions.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales and maintain operational excellence.
• Expertise in recruitment, coaching, and local employment standards.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Possess a vehicle and willingness to travel frequently to store locations.
