About the position

Responsibilities

• Manage 1-3 Walmart Wireless locations and lead a team of Mobile Experts.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve sales goals.
• Ensure operational excellence and maximize profitability at store locations.
• Recruit and coach team members while adhering to local employment standards.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to assist the team in delivering the right solutions.
• Work alongside the team in sales activities to inspire and motivate them.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales and maintain operational excellence.
• Expertise in recruitment and coaching.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Possess a vehicle and willingness to travel frequently to store locations.
