About the position

The Wireless Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales through personalized wireless solutions and customer education. This role involves overseeing a team of Wireless Sales Pros across multiple retail locations, providing leadership, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and business objectives. The position emphasizes a player-coach approach, where the manager sets the standard for performance and inspires the team to excel in a competitive retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros, providing recruitment, leadership, coaching, guidance, mentoring, and development to achieve sales and business targets in 3-4 retail locations.
  • Inspire and motivate teams to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and established KPIs.
  • Exemplify a player-coach approach by setting the sales and training standard for top performance in your market.
  • Lead recruitment efforts and execute strategies to maintain top-quality talent across all assigned locations.
  • Embody the model of professionalism, work ethic, and determination for both Premium, the client, in-store management, and associates.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience in sales and consistently surpassing sales objectives is an asset.
  • Prior leadership experience preferred.
  • Prefer candidates who have a knack for all things wireless.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrated excellence in multitasking, demand management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Existing knowledge of the wireless category is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience in retail management or sales leadership.
