The Wireless Sales Manager will oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros across 3-4 retail locations, focusing on recruitment, leadership, coaching, and development to achieve sales and business targets. This role emphasizes a player-coach approach, setting standards for sales and training while inspiring teams to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. The position also involves embodying professionalism and work ethic, ensuring top-quality talent is maintained across all locations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros across multiple retail locations.
- Provide recruitment, leadership, coaching, guidance, mentoring, and development to the team.
- Inspire and motivate teams to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and established KPIs.
- Set the sales and training standard for top performance in the market.
- Lead recruitment efforts and execute strategies to maintain top-quality talent.
- Exemplify professionalism, work ethic, and determination for clients and associates.
Requirements
- Two years of experience in sales with a track record of surpassing sales objectives.
- Prior leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrated excellence in multitasking, demand management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
