About the position

The Wireless Sales Manager will drive sales through personalized wireless solutions and customer education, overseeing a team of Wireless Sales Pros across multiple retail locations. This role involves recruitment, leadership, coaching, and motivating teams to meet sales targets while providing ongoing training and support.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros across 3-4 retail locations.
  • Provide recruitment, leadership, coaching, guidance, mentoring, and development to achieve sales and business targets.
  • Inspire and motivate teams to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and established KPIs.
  • Set the sales and training standard for top performance in the market as a player-coach.
  • Lead recruitment efforts and execute strategies to maintain top-quality talent across all assigned locations.
  • Model professionalism, work ethic, and determination for Premium, the client, in-store management, and associates.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience in sales with a track record of surpassing sales objectives.
  • Prior leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrated excellence in multitasking, demand management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the wireless category is a plus.
