About the position

As a Wireless Sales Pro at Premium Retail Services, you will play a crucial role in connecting shoppers with the wireless products they need. Operating in over 1,200 Wireless Retail outlets, Premium has a dedicated sales team of more than 3,000 brand representatives. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored wireless solutions. This position offers a competitive base pay with unlimited earnings potential, allowing you to leverage your authentic selling style while being part of a culture that values excellence and coaching. In this role, you will be expected to meet or exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling. You will proactively start conversations with shoppers, explaining wireless solutions in simple, easy-to-understand terms. Additionally, you will recommend personalized solutions to customers and teach them how to enjoy their new products through successful setup and activation. Keeping wireless displays fully stocked and flawless will also be part of your responsibilities. To succeed as a Wireless Sales Pro, you will need to display a high-energy personality and a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers. Resilience and resourcefulness are key traits, especially in a high-traffic environment. You should be motivated to excel in an uncapped commission sales role and embody the values of Premium by providing fantastic service and displaying integrity. The role requires you to be able to stand and move around for 8-10 hour shifts and maintain flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays. While prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, a strong drive to learn is essential, as ongoing in-store and online training will be provided to equip you with the necessary knowledge about wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions.
