About the position

As a Wireless Sales Pro at Premium Retail Services, you will play a crucial role in connecting shoppers with the wireless products they need. Operating in over 1,200 retail outlets, our dedicated sales team of more than 3,000 brand representatives is committed to providing exceptional service and expertise in the wireless category. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend personalized wireless solutions that enhance their shopping experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your authentic selling style while working in a dynamic and high-traffic environment. In this role, you will be expected to meet or exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling. You will proactively initiate conversations with shoppers, explaining wireless solutions in simple, easy-to-understand terms. Additionally, you will teach customers how to enjoy their new products through successful setup and activation, ensuring they leave the store satisfied and informed. Maintaining the wireless displays in a fully stocked and flawless condition will also be part of your responsibilities, contributing to an inviting shopping atmosphere. To succeed as a Wireless Sales Pro, you will need to display a high-energy personality and a natural ability to engage with shoppers. Resilience and resourcefulness are key traits, as you will be intercepting customers in a busy retail environment. This role is commission-based, so a strong desire to excel and achieve sales targets is essential. You will be expected to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays, to accommodate peak shopping times. While prior sales experience or knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, a willingness to learn and adapt is crucial, as ongoing training will be provided to equip you with the necessary knowledge about wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Ability to stand/move around for 8-10 hour shifts.

Nice-to-haves
