The Wireless Sales Pro position at Premium involves engaging with customers in retail settings to promote and sell wireless products and solutions. Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
  • Proactively start conversations with shoppers.
  • Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
  • Recommend personalized solutions/baskets to customers.
  • Teach clientele how to enjoy their new products through successful setup and activation.
  • Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and flawless.

Requirements

  • High-energy personality with a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
  • Resilience and resourcefulness in intercepting customers in a high-traffic environment.
  • Drive to excel in an uncapped commission sales role.
  • Commitment to providing fantastic service while displaying integrity.
  • Ability to stand/move around for 8-10 hour shifts.
  • Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but a willingness to learn is essential.
