About the position

As a Wireless Sales Pro at Premium Retail Services, you will play a crucial role in connecting shoppers with the wireless products they need. Operating in over 1,200 Wireless Retail outlets, Premium has a dedicated sales team of more than 3,000 brand representatives. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored wireless solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your authentic selling style while being part of a culture that values excellence and coaching. You will be empowered to meet or exceed sales goals through new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling, all while maintaining a high-energy and engaging presence in a high-traffic retail environment. In this role, you will proactively start conversations with shoppers, explaining wireless solutions in simple, easy-to-understand terms. You will recommend personalized solutions and teach customers how to enjoy their new products through successful setup and activation. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping wireless displays fully stocked and flawless, ensuring that the shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable for customers. The position requires resilience and resourcefulness, as you will need to intercept shoppers effectively and maintain a flexible schedule to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays. Prior sales experience or knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, as Premium is committed to providing ongoing in-store and online training to equip you with the necessary knowledge about wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions. Responsibilities
