About the position

As a Wireless Sales Professional at Premium, you will be responsible for connecting shoppers with wireless products and solutions in a retail environment. This part-time role emphasizes sales through creativity and problem-solving, allowing you to utilize your authentic selling style while meeting sales goals and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with shoppers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized solutions/baskets to customers.
• Teach clientele how to enjoy their new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and flawless.

Requirements

• High-energy personality and natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
• Demonstrated resilience and resourcefulness in intercepting customers in a high-traffic environment.
• Drive to excel in an uncapped commission sales role.
• Ability to provide fantastic service while displaying integrity.
• Willingness to stand/move around for 8-10 hour shifts.
• Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is preferred but not mandatory.
