About the position

As a Wireless Sales Pro at Premium Retail Services, you will play a crucial role in connecting shoppers with the wireless products they need. Operating in over 1,200 wireless retail outlets, our dedicated sales team of more than 3,000 brand representatives is committed to providing exceptional service and expertise in the wireless category. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend personalized wireless solutions that enhance their shopping experience. This position offers a competitive base pay with unlimited earnings potential, allowing you to leverage your authentic selling style to achieve sales goals. In this role, you will proactively initiate conversations with shoppers, explaining wireless solutions in simple, easy-to-understand terms. You will also be responsible for teaching customers how to set up and activate their new products, ensuring they leave the store satisfied and informed. Maintaining the wireless displays in a fully stocked and flawless condition is also part of your responsibilities. Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
  • Proactively start conversations with shoppers.
  • Explain wireless solutions to customers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
  • Recommend personalized solutions to customers.
  • Teach customers how to enjoy their new products through successful setup and activation.
  • Keep wireless displays fully stocked and flawless.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand/move around for 8-10 hour shifts.

Nice-to-haves
