About the position

The Wireless Sales Pro position at Premium involves engaging with customers in Walmart Supercenter locations to sell wireless products and solutions. The role focuses on meeting sales goals through effective communication, problem-solving, and a customer-centric approach. Sales professionals are expected to provide excellent service while leveraging their authentic selling style to connect with shoppers and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with shoppers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized solutions/baskets to customers.
• Teach clientele how to enjoy their new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and flawless.

Requirements

• High-energy personality with a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.
• Demonstrated resilience and resourcefulness in intercepting customers in a high-traffic environment.
• Drive to excel in an uncapped commission sales role.
• Ability to provide fantastic service while displaying integrity.
• Ability to stand/move around for 8-10 hour shifts.
• Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is preferred but not mandatory.
